a. Enter with internship contract/agreement and let parent/guardian co-sign the contract/agreement;

b. Report for internship in the cooperating school starting February 1, 2023, complete the required internship period (until March 24, 2023) and comply with the requirements of the Cooperating Teacher on the completion week (March 20-24 2023). The Pre-Service Teacher must report eight (8) hours per day or 40 hours per week to complete his/her in-campus internship.

c. Participate actively in school-related activities, however, priority should be given to academic-related activities;

d. Observe mentee-mentor relationship with the cooperating teacher, school head and other teachers of the school giving them due respect at all times;

e. Be open to suggestions/recommendations/constructive criticisms of the Cooperating Teacher;

f. Respect the dignity and rights of the pupils/students;

g. Come prepared at all times;

h. Notify the Cooperating Teacher in case of absence/s;

i. Project a good image as a teacher at all times by observing proper dress code, Code of Ethics and punctuality in all activities of the internship;

j. Submit weekly his/her journal on daily bases of experiences to the Supervising Teacher/Adviser noted by Cooperating Teacher describing his/her training activities, problems encountered, reflections on the training experiences;

k. Submit Teaching Internship to the Supervising Teacher/Adviser (on or before March 24, 2023); and

l. Accomplish DTR (daily time Record)

m. Sign in and out of log book of the school’s PST to be monitored by the supervising teachers.
